Every time I come here the boy's shenanigans bring back a memory of my own smaller versions. All fun at that age...well, what we choose to remember of them.
Abrakadabra, Hundsleber, Spitz .... (something with a dog's liver and Spitz probably the dog's name - that's how I understand the German magic spell - but I am sure that is not what is was supposed to be!).
Thank you for making me laugh out loud, first the picture, than your words, lost or not! :-)
Congratulations on David's Post of the Day Award - he brought me over here and I am grateful for the smile you both brought me!
Zip: Solid and unyielding, this 4 year old little despot is our Rock. He keeps us in stitches with his crass sense of humor, and butters us up with his endless devotion.
Tizzy: Our 6 year old Sprite of a son, who flits about radiating his charm and good cheer. Always enchanting, frequently elusive, he brings magic to our lives, and keeps us on our toes.

Ha! Our magic words are Zim Zam ZOom! We use them to open automatic doors.
Very effective!
My step-dad is a magician and because of that, my kids are rarely amused by magic. It's like, "Whatevs. You made that chair float. Corn-NEEE!"
My biggest fear is they will one day be at a bday party and reveal some poor schmucks tricks... OMG.
Note to self: Have something to pull out of a hat before beginning the incantation.........
Ellie
We haven't discovered magic here yet so it's still easy to pull one over on the kids.
that is just too funny.
I can't even recall the magic words but I do know that performing magic is He-Man's favorite all time thing to do!
the only magic going on here is "strange magic." my kids love that song. I guess because the lyrics are REAL simple.
We have a magic car. It amazingly drives by itself. Or at least it will until my kids figure out I'm using my knees.
My new favorite is when we come to an automatic door, Maggie blows and *poof* it opens!
I need to brush up on my German. I could hardly understand that at all.
Adieu
I think they are excellent magic words. JK Rowling would be proud.

especially the "wait a minute.." part.
I had a girl last year who came to school crying and crying. She was upset because "TOnight my sister is going to saw me in half!!!' wailing........
I think those are the perfect magic words.LOL!
So cute! It brings back memories of when my daughter was that age.
