He Really Did Speak For Us

This is truly the most phenomenal and heartfelt tribute to John Houghes you are likely to read.
If you were moved by his movies, you'll be even more amazed to find that he was every bit the man we had imagined him to be.

Wow. What an amazing tale she has to tell--all because she had the nerve to say, "Hey, I'm not accepting some damn form letter!"

I'm not at all surprised John Hughes was the man portrayed in that piece--he was able to speak for us because he had yet not been beaten down by Hollywood. It broke my heart to read his reasons for leaving...
