Zip:
When I was a little boy, I was going around this path (brown line) so I could feed the rabbits.
They were very, very hungry.
Then I got some more carrots so I could feed the other rabbits. Then I got some more carrots and they were more hungry, so I got more carrots to feed the other rabbits.
Then I got some more carrots and feed the other rabbits...
( and on,
and on,
and on,
and on,
and on,
and on...)
Then I ate my own lunch.
I had sandwiches, carrots a pineapple and also wheat free pizza.
Then I feed the bears. I give them honey.
And that's what I did Mom. I give the bears honey.
Then I feed a kind of other animals.
I just feed the ducks and turtles.
Then I feed the monsters Mom.
Then I feed something else. I feed the sharks.
Then I feed the fish, and then I feeded all of the animals. That's the end.
Epilogue - These are the monsters... see with the sharp teeth? (Top jagged lines.)
When the monsters ate the rabbits, they were very, very sad.

Love it, love it. I recognized the monsters right away of course!
Oh the teeth! The illustration is perfect. :)
God, I miss those times, those organic times of weaving. You can see the wheels spinning in there when they go into that kind of reverie and spin tales. Gotta love that boy!

Good job feeding all of the creatures, little Zip! But please be careful when feeding the bears and the monsters! (What do monsters eat, by the way?)
one of the reasons I didn't want to join the meat CSA I found was because they included meat we wouldn't really use, like rabbit. I'm afraid if I fed them to the monsters, they'd stop eating the dust bunnies.
Oh man... I really need to start asking my kids what they're drawing. God knows WHAT's going to come out of their mouths :o)
LOVE it!
Those are some terrifying monsters. Zip sounds like he's got a future in zookeeping, he's good at making sure he feeds EVERYONE. Just tell him not to feed the monsters after today.
Damn monsters. Still, rabbits are very tasty in a creamy mustard sauce.
Gotta love that kind of imagination.
he is the NEXT Stephen King. Which means, of course, I'll be stalking him.
I am exhausted just hearing that story! You know, I DO like the interpretation much better than most other contemporary art titles....Untitled: Man with one red shoe. (or something equally as ambiguous)
Wow,that's quite a story! Fabulous imagination.

The poor, poor fluffy wuffy wabbits.

Yes. It is CRYSTAL clear!
this is just exactly something my Lola used to do all the time!
....*whistling* just stalking you...
Great story! My little guy is drawing lots of these too but his are all about airplanes and hot lava!
