I’m Back!

It’s been quite a while and I’ve missed you all, but it’s been a transformative break and very productive. I am now a Certified Personal Trainer and in the process of starting my business, Wise Physique. I will be getting my website up soon and will most likely be blogging over there as well, so I hope you will all check me out over there, as well as “follow” me if you like what you see. I’ll let you know when I’m up and running.

Back in April, aside from needing to focus my energies elsewhere, I was having trouble writing about the boys. It was starting to feel odd writing down their stories in a public space, and I was also beginning to feel like the doting mother who has nothing better to talk about but her children. What I’ve found in the interim however, is that when I don’t write the stories down here, I don’t write the stories at all. Additionally I miss the relationships that I’ve developed with all of you. So I’m going to keep writing, and if I see you here, as opposed to there, I’ll assume my kids are more interesting than diet and exercise!
